Crossed cylindrical roller bearings are precision bearings with cylindrical rollers arranged perpendicularly at 90°. Equipped with cages or spacers to avoid roller friction, they withstand combined radial, axial and moment loads. Boasting high rotational accuracy, great rigidity and low friction, they are made of carburized steel or electroslag remelting bearing steel. Widely used for robot joints, machine tool rotary tables, medical and aerospace equipment.
Main models include outer ring split (XRB), inner ring split (XRE), integral type with mounting holes (XRU) and thin-walled CRB series, covering bore diameters from 20mm to 1250mm. The split ring design allows clearance adjustment and retains high precision under preload. RB, RE and RU types meet diverse mounting requirements.
